Exactly why I'm a Bulls fan. I grew up in the 90s 3 hours from Chicago. It was basically follow Jordan and the Bulls are be an outcast.

As for Cleveland, I have nothing personal against the Cavs themselves. I've just had a few bad experiences with their fans. However, if it comes down to Cleveland or the Lakers, I'm going for Cleveland. That city deserves it after all the heartbreak through the years.

Cleveland needs it, though I am biased. I've had to sit through the Cavs blow it, the Indians choke twice, and the Buckeyes lose 3 straight.

I would say thank God I'm not a Browns fan, but my Bills are 0-4 in Superbowls, so that is decidedly worse.

This may be why I so much,

Lebron earned the MVP award but I like Kobe better. Kobe has the ability to carry the team on his back just like Mike used to do. Lebron is more of a team guy and if his team does not play well he can only carry them so far. But congratulations to Lebron on being named mvp.

I don't know, I think Kobe's teammates are a lot better than Lebron's. Nothing against Illgauskas or Mo Williams, but I'd rather play with Bynum, Gasol, and Fisher any day.

Both seem to lack the killer instinct at times though. But, IMO, if you took Kobe off the Lakers and Lebron off the Cavs, the Lakers would be a much better team that the Cavs would be.

I think the differnce in Bryant and James is the differnce in Jordan and Magic Johnson. Bryant, like Jordan, is a shooter-scorer that just kills with his precison and can play decent defense on the other end. Like Jordan, I think Bryant gets some lame calls and could take 100 steps without dribbling and pushoff without getting called. James is like Magic in that, while he is a scoring threat, he can pass, and with all of his skills, he makes the other players in his team better. James is more of a drive to the hoop and score than a shooter, but the ball will be in his hands in the clutch. I do think that Kobe has better teammates, and if Cleveland had Kobe instead of Lebron, they would have had less wins.

Kobe's on court game is more comparable to MJ's, but LeBron has more of the intangibles that Jordan had. LeBron steps on the court as an 18 yo rookie and everyone on the team looked to him as the leader. Kobe has always been better as a secondary leader at best. Both Shaq and Fisher were more leaders of the championship Lakers, and now Fisher is more the leader. Now, Kobe is the talent, without question, but when he was the "leader" of the team, they weren't at their best because he could never strike that balance between making those around him better and taking over. LeBron, on the other hand, has had that balance down since before he even came into the league. The improvement in his jump shot may lead Cleveland to the title this year, and if it keeps improving, it will only be a matter of time.

Ha, Zdeno Chara would totally own Lebron James. The Bruins stay alive, Celtics get an away win, and now the Bruins are up 2-0 looking for a win to force a home game 7. I still can't believe the Canucks got beat with Luongo in net, 7-5 giving the Blackhawks a conference finals spot. Hiller is slipping and so are the Ducks, and the Caps and Pens are going into game 7. But back to basketball, the Cavs sweep, and I hope they play the Celtics. Because I like the Celtics. And buckeye said they had no shot. Mostly the buckeye thing.

The Celtics are proving me wrong in this series. I underestimated the fight they have. I can see why they won the title last year, although I still think Orlando beats them.

But I hold to what I said about no chance if they play the Cavs. Mostly cause I think Orlando has no chance against them either.
