Dammit Jinto, if the Red Sox can win it then why can't we?

Always nice to know other people are sharing the experience, even though I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Enough about the Cubs though, I also went pretty young early on in the game and fired or transferred pretty much my entire squad and rebuilt. If anybody checks my transfer history you can tell I've been busy. I always take a very long term approach to these games cause if I like em I tend to stay a while.

Also I see Jinto mentioned Merc and I was wondering are Mods allowed to play in friendly cups

I did once. Don't remember if I was a mod yet or not, but I don't believe there's any reason we can't. For most of the time we just haven't because we had the "league" that was designed to try to uncover some secrets of the game(mostly failed but a few good things came out of it), and now we have the mentor program that we all(at least try) to be involved with.

I'm sure at some point if I see the right Cup I'd get involved again.

I dont see why mods cant join in friendly cups its not as if there writing the code themselves inless the term "Mods" is different and they do more than watch over the forums

But you cant say weather the Red sox won because of roids but it still makes them look bad weather it was the whole reason or just helped but not going to get into the roids talk as i could go on forever....

Well i dont know if i would of done what your doing but heck everyone has there own ways of getting young i just dont want to lose while rebuilding i like to win and if i lose it bothers me when it a game we should of won

I wouldn't do what I did either lol. I didn't pay full attention to the rules of the game when I joined and assumed there would be some sort of bot flush (since this is the first game I've played without one). Once I realized I have to win my league to promote my 2nd place finishes became rather annoying but I might have caught a break this season if I don't screw it up.

Yea i have learned that getting a 2nd and 3rd place finish in your division means nothing but more cash but it dont get you to move up so at the end of this season i will have finished 3rd in season 1 2nd in season 2 and first in season 3 but first is cause all the other teams have left that are no killing pro teams in the Regional cup

Hey Jinto I just noticed that you have the best stadium name in GI.

But who's Bryant?

Also nobody knows this but Coach Ditka convinced the North Koreans to release those journalists...true story

The final week of the season is here and both divisions are still up for grabs.

Here are the previous results worth noting:

Atomic Peanuts 3-28 Safugnoff Eagles
Austrian Invaders 16-10 Western Winners

So the Western Winners need to win by 7 or more points to claim the division and the Atomic Peanuts need to win by 26 or more points to steal the division from Safugnoff.

Good luck everyone!
