Since division V is made up of about 3/4 bots and there have been many complaints about not getting to play against humans. Would there be any interest in setting up a friendly cup for division V teams?
PROS:
1.) play against humans
2.) get an idea of your teams skill level comparative to same division opponents
3.) Help those trying to rank division V teams.
4.) guaranteed friendlies for those involved.

CONS:
1.) a lot of division V stadiums are small, so friendly income may be small compared to what you could get elsewhere

I'd like to keep the cup relatively small for ease of schedule, etc. however, I wouldn't have a problem with multiple similar cups if there are enough interested.
No prizes, just playing for pride and to see how your team compares to similar competition.
Rules:
1.) Team must be a division V North American team in season 4.
2.) Cup will start with first friendly after week 1 of season 4.
3.) Teams will play at stadium with higher stadium income. Yea, we want to see how we compare, but generating money is crucial in the early stages. The more the better.
4.) I'm thinking 6 or 8 team league, playing 2 games against each opponent. This will leave 2 to 6 weeks for make up games(if needed) and 2 weeks for playoffs.
5.) If a team misses 2 friendlies, they are eliminated and all games against that team become 1-0 wins for the opponent, whether the game has been played already or not.
6.) Tie-breaker is a.)head-to-head, b.)point difference, c.)points scored, d.)biggest stadium
7.) Top 4 teams in playoffs

I would join too... I'll be promoting to D.IV in a few games though, if that's ok. I totally understand though, if you want to keep it to those who will still be D.V next season.
