I was just wondering how the maintenance prices are calculated.
Is it about how meny seats there are on the stadium? Or is it about how meny and which kind of seats you have??

Maybe i've not noticed, but i couldnt seem to find anything about it, in the help section.

You find it at the "Construction/facilities FAQ" section:

"10. How much is the stadium maintenance?
You must pay $2 per week for each normal seat, $4 per week for each executive box and 7$ per week for each VIP box."

Construction/Facilities FAQ
1. What is the maximum capacity of the stadium?
The maximum capacity of the stadium is 120.000 seats. 35.000 on each of the longer stands and 25.000 on each of the "end zone" stands.
2. What are VIP boxes?
VIP seat tickets are the highest priced tickets available. There are only 3.500 VIP boxes available for the whole stadium (1.000 on each of the longer stands and 750 on each of the "end zone" stands).
3. What are Executive boxes?
Executive boxes are somewhat more prestigious than the normal seating and less prestigious than the VIP boxes. There can only be 9.000 executive boxes on the whole stadium (2.500 on each of the longer stands and 2.000 on each of the "end zone" stands).

According to this FAQ the stadium upgrade should follow these %

Longer stands:
31500 normal - 90%
2500 executive - 7,15%
1000 vip - 2,85%

End zones:
22250 normal - 89%
2000 executive - 8%
750 vip - 3%

or am I wrong???

The upgrade isn't limited, but there is a maximum number of VIP and executive seats you can build.
If you want to build all of the 3500 VIP boxes first, you can do that

I'm building to these percentages rather than maxing on VIPs first as it keeps the construction costs down at this early stage of the game.

Another Stadium question. New to the game. The site were I had 500 seats I wanted to expand and put it under construction and added some more seats.
Now the stadium is seatless for a while... Do I get, when the construction is finished 500 seats plus the new seats or are the old seat gone?

You will have your original 500 + however many new seats you added...

If you constructed 250 additional seats then your total will be 750...

You should have built on one of the other sides first, then when they were done, added onto the existing stand.

Agree. It won't kill you though, you'll just have a game with no attendance. I did the same thing.
