Hey, I finished 2nd, not loosing a game after i promoted. I am in III.5.

Do I get a chance to promote be it in a playoff, or is it only the winners of the Div that promote?

I finished on a 16-2 record if that makes any difference.

Nope. You have to finish 1st to be promoted.

At least you'll know you'll go 18-0 next season.

And you've also avoided promotion into the human II series so it looks like you'll be picking up a good number of wins too

Yeah I went from III.7 to II.3 after promotion. I took over a team that previously had a 12-1 record and i finished it with 6-1 (16-2) while I was in ownership of the team.

I thought about tanking my last few games to come 2nd in the division. and give myself more time to train/gain experience as a newcomer only gets 1.5/2.0*BPOS players.

Now most of my players are now 2.5*BPOS, (I have a few 4*BPOS players brought on the market) and I'm going up against human teams with lots of 3.5/4.0*BPOS players. 7 league games and a handful of friendlies in season 4 isn't enough. I see myself getting smashed by the human teams in my division.

So I plan on giving a the young high talent players early game time to incease the BPOS as quickly as possible. I'll cop some loses on the way, but next season I'll have an strong team.

I'll need it as 2 of the human II.2 division teams will be dropped into lower divisions after season 5. So I need to be ready for one of those also.

You're basically guaranteed 3rd place in div II this season, only 2 other human teams with you. A full season of pretty much bot bashing should get you well set.

3rd - I guess I cannot complain about that. And I'll have 36 games (league + friendlies) to improve my players this season.

Do I play Cup games if I won my division last season? If so, that's more game/s also.

Although my plans have been thrown in chaos as two of my rising young superstars (CB + G) with a 3* talent decided to have his speed capped at 14. The other with 4* with speed capped at 13. WTF?!!

You get into the cup as long as you exist.

A Guard doesn't have to be especially fast anyway. But yeah that'd be annoying
