Question..

if the Coach of a National team PM's me and asks me to send him the stats on a couple of players I have from his country on my team, should I do it? or do they need to send a couple of scouts and get the info themselves?

Just wondering what the proper thing to do would be.

Well what we do is going to set the tone for how people in that teams region react to us. So from my point of view,
a. it is always up to the individual manager whether or not they care to share.
b. I want us to be fairly open minded about sharing. We're going to be asking for a lot of info. so if we're saying no then we're going to hear no
c. on the flip side if a country is stonewalling us we'll be returning the favor. I'll post a share/no share list as needed.

yep, gamesmanship is definitely part of the risk in bringing in internationals.
Of course screw us once and your country finds itself on the no share list

Ok, I was just curious as to what our response should be. I personally have no problem telling him the stats, since it would be easy enough to send scouts over if I didn't.

For the record, the request came from the coach of Brazil. Hopefully his region will be as forthcoming with us if we ask them.
