Do we stay at 16 teams or recruit more to get back up to 20 teams?

If we stay at 16 teams I would purpose we run this format.
2 Conferences
2 Divisions per Conference (4 total divisions)
4 Teams per Division

Schedule
Play Division 2 times (6 weeks)
Play Conference 1 time (4 weeks)

Playoffs
All teams make plays seeded by their record/standings
Each Conference has a 8 team single elim tourney
Conference winners face off for the Golden Glock!

Do we randomly pull for divisions and conferences?

Sounds good to me. We can keep it at 16 unless you have 4 new teams ready to go

I vote 20 teams. Last Cup Season was a great success if you ask me, and if we can get 20 teams, let's keep last season's structure.
