2 teams will promote?
Group B will be fun then.. Austria, Netherlands, Romania and Canada.
Looks like Netherlands will win against all 3 opponents, so us other countires can fight for 2nd place

There is no home field advantage in the WC. And anyway, from what I've seen the road team has more of an advantage.
