I'm working on the premise that you can break even in the TD with a 1.1M salary bill provided you have a reasonable cup run and always play friendlies... at the same time I'm keeping the squad smallish and will keep reducing squad size as I train players up in more than one position (eg. DL/OL and WR/CB/KR) while their skills improve and individual player wages increase. Working so far...
