Why cant't my two sons not log in?
We only have one Computer to log-in, so they never can play this game as a Coach?

Administrators cannot know if it goes for family members or multi-account cheaters, when multiple accounts are created on same network.
Contact us trough the "contact us" option and you will be able to discuss the situation with administrator who is accepting/rejecting users.
