thanks

In general terms how should players look if your grooming them to become National Team players. Meaning how much talent, skills and everything for what positions I would love to try and prepare a few for the Australian team even if it does hurt my team a bit. I would love to have a part in making the Australian team a real power in this game.

Not real science to it. High talent. High skills. Good physicals.

Be aware that you'll have to be in for the long haul to really get going. Building up finances, finding a good core of players, skilling up those players, then repeating for those who cap early, takes a long time.

Other than that, I wish you well. It's always good to get more members into our community! Drop us a line if you have any questions as we're a pretty solid bunch and some of us have been here for a long time.

I would have a look at your roster Fenfey - see any 4.5 or 5 star talent players ? Then look at their physicals (str and speed and stam ) are they already high and even better - already high and still not capped ? If so these players could be well on their way for a National team call up. From there it is trying to get their physicals as high as you can before they cap, then work on tactical skills and positional skills - such as tackling etc for D players and speed/ catching and attacking skills for offensive players. This is a basic skim over it mate, best to check it out in more detail somewhere else too.

There are good starting guides to be found around the newbie and general forums. Check them out for sure.
