When all of the teams were created was there a random number generator for each player or was there an average age? I ask because my team is pretty much destined for early failure as my Offense has 4 29 year olds and a 28 year old(4 on my o-line!) and my defense has 2 29 year olds and a 31 year old. meaning out of the gate I've got 8 out of 22 available players that are pretty much worthless to the team as they will start getting worse at the end of the season.are most teams in this situation?

I have to add that you also get a youth player every week. Those can have skills up to 5 and my old players are not much better than that. So I think we can replace them adequately.
