Anyone having a consistent running game?
in my 2 games, its been feast or famine

Actually, so far that's been my impression of passing as well. Most plays are either nothing or TD. I'm not sure if it is because most Players are "untrained" or if it is because the Sim needs tweaking.. or maybe it's running the way it is supposed to... I'm just going along with it to see how things are in a season or two.

I think it probably has more to do with individual players. I get 7-15 yard plays all the time.

Seems like the better the offense and defense is, the more "normal" rushes and passes will be played. That is my opinion from the little experience i have. So the next season especially in the upper leagues will be interesting to watch to see if this actually is true.

For me it depends on the match. For league play, it's alot more feast than famine, for friendly matches I like to play against top notch teams so it's alot more famine than feast.

I like to think that when it's only famine that it's a result of a bad offense, and an occasional feast when theres a sleep in the not so good defense. But when there are longer drives it is a result of a good offense met by a good defense... maybe that's just wishful thinking from my side

When I talk about "Feast or Famine"... This is what I mean:

1st quarter
BEA TD 05:00 72 yrd pass (Brice Brush to Timothy Hernandes)
SEA TD 10:50 80 yrd pass (Snorre Thoen to Amandus Skadberg)
BEA TD 11:33 68 yrd run (Roland Springer)
2nd quarter
SEA TD 02:36 59 yrd pass (Snorre Thoen to Magnar Hussein)
BEA TD 12:46 78 yrd pass (Brice Brush to Jessie Harp)
3rd quarter
BEA TD 07:42 76 yrd run (Donovan Zorn)
BEA TD 13:03 45 yrd pass (Brice Brush to Jessie Harp)

Basically every score comes from huge plays.. and the rest of the game is nothing. I took this from your last game, so far this is pretty much what every game looks like - it's not realistic at all. But as I said earlier, I'm not sure of the cause of this.. it might be that Players are mostly inexperienced and therefore the results are much more hit and miss than if most Players were actually trained.
