ok sold out my 13500 stadium on sat and have 4.1 million in the bank so should i expand the stadium to 30k+? is there any cap on what a div.5 team can pull in or something?

Attendance varies in this game depending on your form/weather. Bizarrely the attendance is terrible at the start of the season, when you would think it would be a sell out??
I wouldn't go over 50k in Div 5.

I've always ran a 2 TE set offense and have had decent success with it. Worked pretty well lower in Division 5 especially. What that formation consisted of was (if your not too familiar with the game):

WR1-TE1-LT-LG-C-RG-RT-TE2-WR2

-----------------------------
--------------HB-------------

On the defense I just run a normal 4-3 defense, which looks like:

------LDE--RDT--LDT--LDE------
--LOLB--------MLB-------ROLB--
CB1------------------------CB2
---------SS--------FS---------

Thats just what I run however, there are loads more formations you can run and to suit your squad better. My advice would be to look at what formations the teams in the top divisions run and see how they do it. For instance,this is what one of the best teams in Gridiron, the Badgers, run.

I'd also advice reading the Please read this before you do anything thread in the Centre for Rookies section of the community forums. Will greatly help you in understanding the finer points of the game and player development.
