Can we only play 1 friendly before the season starts ?

I have one on 11th august already.

Friendlies can be played each Monday so you will be able to arrange another friendly on 18.08 after you played your match on 11th (you cannot arrange friendlies in advance).

So, if I understand it right, the maximum of matches in 1 week is 2: a friendly on Monday and a competition-game on Saturday.

And a Regional Cup match and a AFCL match (if qualified offcourse)

Matches:
League games - Saturday/Sunday
Regional Cup games - Tuesday/Wednesday
Friendly games - Monday
AFLC International games - Thursday

After rereading a lot, I don't think there is anything about the Regional Cup Games in the FAQ. Or am I missing something?

Well, i dont think theres much to say. It's just a cup there's played every Tuesday and Wednesday (if you are still in in it) i guess. And the winners go to the American Football League of Champions, was i told in another thread.
And ofc the winners get a trophy. Well, i would think so.
