We are in, and we won our group. Currently 4-1 and all other teams are 2-3.

Belgium was a no show yesterday. Still alot of incomplete passes to TE4 even though playing a bot.

Final game wont mean much. Hopefully some trialling of the left out players can happen.

Throw winning TD with 33 seconds left on the clock. Way to go.

Weird we had 60 something plays, and they have 30 something, an we only just won. Lots of incompletes by us. Was it the QB, was it the recievers?

Archie McLeod I think proved his worth. Most yards, most catches, most touchdowns etc.

Lyle cartledge put up some good numbers also. But don't think they win him a future spot. He did keep the ball moving down the field for us though.

Michael Betts still stuggled. Maybe his speed is the issue?

Didn't see much defensive changes to comment on.

World Cup here we come - go Tinkler!

To be honest with projectracing ive stayed with the same winning side until last game. I changed the QB and WR's for last game ill have a look at some more player stats and also look at making a few DL changes. This is my first gig as National Coach and hopefully not my last thanks for the input and support.

Well done Tinkler!

I think the reason why it was so close even though the Germans only completed 15 passes, is because of their high average whereas we are a bit more methodical. Every pass they threw averaged over a first down, so it made them look good during a really poor performance by them with few opportunities. Perhaps move safeties closer or choose different personnel? I have major fears about how our current selected secondary will stand up against top offences due to their speeds, and there hasn't been much change in it so far.

Pros:
I like your WR selections a lot. Lyle is a top player, but I do like the two WRs (Ethan and Jayden) that you usually run with a lot.

I also like your OL selection. Drummond has played OT in the past, but I like the choice of Ottens as OT also. Something a bit different, given the different physicals on offer. I still think Morton should get a gig in one of those spots, but he's still playing so it's all good.

You've been winning! The opposition has not been too tough this year, but you can only beat what's in front of you and that you've done well.

Cons:

Pierce Boyle. Good QB, probably one of the best third strings in the world, but is 100% a third string on this team. Bandy and Watt both have a number of advantages over him, and the only one he distinctly has is physicals - which would be great if he was an LB but not so much as a QB. I know the last game was an experiment, but as also seen in the first Argentina game, he's just not as good as the other two (of which, I give Bandy the edge, but can certainly see why you'd pick Watt instead).

Our secondary. Maybe it's all a tactic to fool everybody, but we are fielding an extremely weak lineup compared to what we could be doing. I know you personally have links to some of the players here, but please reconsider what you're doing, as they will be destroyed by a half competent offence. Whitecross (he's listed as an RB though) and Raines haven't played any games and they're our best and fastest field CBs. Dyas and Pendlebury have good skill sets, but are poor compared to others in the physicals department. Betts is almost certainly not good enough for starting safety with the other four options on the list clearly ahead of him. Both Pendlebury and Betts are much more ideal for positions on the team (namely STCB and DT/NT) and subsequently should still be starters - just not in their current positions.

STCBs. With such a large squad, we shouldn't play the same two guys as STCBs AND Field CBs - particularly since we have two pretty clear options in terms of which guys are best at blocking. Pendlebury and Bruce both have better blocking than the other CBs and get better STCB ratings than all the others (whilst also allowing them to rest every now and then).
