Ive two WR with 4.5 talent both have good height but their speed is capped at 10 and 11 im working on their strenght now, if i wanna make them guards,do i just play them as linemen until they change from WR to OL or what?

Yep, just keep playing them as O-Linemen and they will eventually change to that position.
