I've searched the Help/FAQ guides, but I can't find anything on it.
When you play a player out of position, how much does it affect his stats by?

For example;

Player's natural playing role is Running Back
He can also play adequately as Wide Receiver
If really needed, he can also step in as Kicker

What percentage of his normal performance would he play at, if I put him at Wide Reciever...80%?

And what about at Kicker...50%?

I think this was intentionally left out. according to GI-Admin it's not huge difference in the beginning. It's up to team manager to shape up the team and its player positions.

We already figured out players gain a rating in a position by playing matches in that position.

But do players lose rating in a position over time when not playing in that position anymore? (or is position rating gained for life)

Also, does right/left tackle, guard and center have a different position rating? Or do they share the same position rating?
(same question goes for Defensive line and linebackers actually)
