Hey guys, Bleacherzone Football is open for beta testing. They are running a test period for the next few weeks through the end of a "season". They section on their forums devoted to Beta Testing, so feel free to post feedback there.

Advanced training (using gold coins to get a second level of training per day) sounds like those with money and inclination are going to buy their way to the top of this game... Sad to see that sort of thing implemented into any game. Hopefully I've misinterpreted what they've written. Hopefully gold coins can only be won and not purchased for real money

Done the signup and one of the boxes I read implies you can buy more gold coins through their e-commerce page, so I suspect what I feared would be the case might well be true and managers will be able to buy coins which will in turn be able to be used to improve player training speeds and various other features, basically giving those who can afford it an edge in the game play itself

Ha! Just gone onto the league and I'm in the same division as Phiba and whoever is in charge of the Frankford Yellow Jackets

Just had a quick look, that's the only team with any divisions in so doesn't look like beta testing is particularly popular!

Also not sure this can be classed as beta testing as there are so many things not working or just wrong that I don't know how any of it got through a supposed alpha testing

It's not working at me. I complete the name and all that, after that i can't choose the sport which i want to play.

that happened for me the first time. then when i did it again it worked fine (although you can only pick football).

i hope if we all stick around if/when it goes live we aren't all in the same league still!

That would be me.

However, the server they are running it on has some serious issues because the lag to move around the site is awful no matter which way I try to connect. Just keep spinning and not going anywhere.

Not a good first impression.....
