You can access the world cup winning on the last stage and leave on the way to Great Britain, that irony right?

I know. I need Russia to win and I need to beat Ireland by a decent score.

Here we go, UK have a 21 point lead. Either the UK need to lose by a large enough margin and I bear Ireland by enough, or the UK needs a huge win over Russia (it would have to be massive).

It looks like the UK and Russia are through at the expense of New Zealand. Both the UK and Ireland have the lead and the ball, and both need to lose by large margins to change the outcome.

Yeah, it's gone. My fault for a terrible start to the season, however been great fun being a manager.

I have managed Slovenia, we are out unfortunately but i have enjoy it

What do you have to do to make a good national team?

What are the best stats for each player and position?
What are the best formations and how do you decide on your opponent?

How do you find players easier for a National team?

This is my first year as a National Team manager but i like it much, could your guys give me some tips as next year i will try again for national manager

Thank you everyone i have liked it lots

Well, we're not telling you about formations, that would be basically telling you how to play the game.

Finding players is difficult. You just have to go through the leagues and look at the players that are in those countries and find the best ones. Scout them. Also use the forums, ask for people to come forward if they have players from those countries. Also keep an eye on the transfer market.

Being a NT manager is though indeed. It is my first time with the brazilian team too. It is difficult to find suitable players and it gets worse with small community nations. It is a great challenge to manage a NT and I am really enjoying this task!

My congratulions to you Farook! We had good games in this qualifying group C between Brazil and Slovenia. I wish you success in the next cycle!

Basically, this is the formula for a NT manager.

I do not know how to play the game realistically that is why i am asking

I dont know what each player should have or even what formation to play

Any tips you give me would be great

I am out for this year and i will only have a national team no one wants as my country does not have a national team, i am ok with that though, but any advice would be really helpful please

And good luck too all teams still in the competition
