I do not know how to play the game realistically that is why i am asking

I dont know what each player should have or even what formation to play

Any tips you give me would be great

I am out for this year and i will only have a national team no one wants as my country does not have a national team, i am ok with that though, but any advice would be really helpful please

And good luck too all teams still in the competition

Well, I suggest you go to the rookie section of the forum. I've been playing this game for six and a half years, so I'm not going to hand over everything I've learned in that time. Sorry.

I have managed Slovenia, we are out unfortunately but i have enjoy it

What do you have to do to make a good national team?

What are the best stats for each player and position?
What are the best formations and how do you decide on your opponent?

How do you find players easier for a National team?

This is my first year as a National Team manager but i like it much, could your guys give me some tips as next year i will try again for national manager

Thank you everyone i have liked it lots

Being a NT manager is though indeed. It is my first time with the brazilian team too. It is difficult to find suitable players and it gets worse with small community nations. It is a great challenge to manage a NT and I am really enjoying this task!

My congratulions to you Farook! We had good games in this qualifying group C between Brazil and Slovenia. I wish you success in the next cycle!

I'm at least excited to have the QB and one of your WR on the team, I will be cheering for your team to do well

Interesting group. According to the official World Ranking (altough that hasn't been updated for a while), #4 Germany will face off against #3 Poland, #6 Netherlands and #23 Romania.

But if you take a look at the GI Elo Rating, it's #1 Germany, #7 Poland, #12 Netherlands and #16 Romania.

And if you look at linkleo911 Power Ranking, it looks like this:

I have also designed a "Power Ranking" based on the offensive QBR, QBR allowed and Strength of Schedule (based on the last WC Cycle, using an adapted ELO rating).

The 16 teams that will battle for WC title are ranked like this:

POSITION / NT

#1 GERMANY
#2 MEXICO
#3 USA
#4 FINLAND
#5 CROATIA
#6 HUNGARY
#7 AUSTRALIA
#8 ROMANIA
#9 BRAZIL
#10 RUSSIA
#11 DENMARK
#12 NETHERLANDS
#13 POLAND
#14 SERBIA
#15 UNITED KINGDOM
#16 SLOVAKIA

Will be interesting to see if Germany can keep rolling or if two World Cup wins in a row is enough and we'll be stopped. Everything can happen in GI, it's one roll at a time. Especially in the World Cup, where basically all teams have a good roster.
