Pretty much title. Do you have to apply at a certain time, or how does it work?

Also do you have to stop managing your club or can you manage both.

At mid-season the admin will announce that you can apply for manager of your NT. Then there is a voting process and the NT manager is elected

NT managers manage both teams for the rest of the season
