The easiest way is to have a supporter account. You will get a red star beside the skill when it has a hard cap, a yellow star for soft capped skills, and green star for uncapped skills.


If you don't have supporter, you have to track speed and strength manually by focus training one skill and figuring out how many points you get for that skill each week. If it doesn't increase when it should, it's capped. If you have fitness center AND level 20 fitness coaches, it usually takes 3 or 4 training periods to increase the focused skill one point. Regular skills are soft capped at talent stars X 2 + 10. Ex.) 4.5* talent is soft capped at 19. (4.5 * 2 = 9 + 10 = 19). These skills have a chance to increase up to a maximum of 3 more points. So a 3.5* talent player could still reach 20 on their skills, though it may be difficult. A 3* talent player can only reach a maximum of 19 on their skills.

As mentioned above, you can train stamina to 20 for any player, however, there is/was a game bug that hurt players on occasion with stamina 20 so most players won't train it higher than 19.
