Bot team gets taken over by human, then random players go to transfer market at $1,000. Any rate, if they are over 33ish, they will most likely retire at the end of the season. If you do pick them up for the remainder of the season, their physicals will again start to go down, quite rapidly

Bot players don't train, thus, they don't lose physical stats either.
