Friendly cups are advertised in this section, though I don't know if there are currently any friendly cups running. Somebody will hopefully say something if they have one or are in one at the moment.

To find the spot for advertisements for friendlies, click the 'Community' link in the gray bar at top, then the 'Ads' link in the green bar just below it. It opens on 'Transfer Ads'. You can click the 'Friendly Games' tab to see those. There are usually quite a few ads for friendly matches each week.

You can also just visit random team pages and click their 'Challenge' button to request a friendly. I recommend making several requests at a time. Teams can only accept one at a time and having several offers out there increases your chances that someone will pick you.

Looking at your roster, I recommend getting rid of all the high dollar players before financial update and focus your spending on building a solid financial base (VIP and exec seats for your stadium). You can get the high dollar players later, but right now, you can go bankrupt very quickly.
With you being in a bot league right now, you can use a cheap roster and just set your lineup each game with 100% run and you should win most if not all your league games.
