Player A Player B Player C
Talent 1.5 4 3.5
Speed 17 19 16
Strength 9 16 15
Catching 7 8 3
Positioning 2 3 5
Vision 1 1 6
Carrying 7 8 6
Footwork 7 9 7
Stamina 8 9 6
Consistency 19 7 20

I would love some input on this to clarify as to what actually makes a good RB, compared to what really happens.

Player B clearly the better due to higher talent and physicals. I would discard Player A due to low talent and potentially Player C if those physicals are capped already. Focus on what a player's stats can be rather than what they are now when deciding who to persevere with and train up.

B, also, don't forget to train agility. RB does not use vision, oddly enough, the admins stated that many seasons ago

Correct... oddly enough, vision seams to be a 'defensive' skill whereas positioning could be more related to offence.

I think the thread is still there where admins mentioned the 3-4 (major) skills for each position.
