So is a 20 int, 20 str 4.5* tal LB but with only 11 speed any good ?

For me Strength is more important mate but 11 does seem a little low. Saying that i have won 3 Iron bowls and 3 world cups using a MLB with 14 speed and 19 strength if that helps.

I like higher speed at LB, but the bpos, intel and strength are hard to bypass......I would use similar player for either MLB or SS and not think too much about it in this game

I would have no problem using him as a MLB or SS, but that's just my opinion. Yes, he would work well as a DL or OL also.
