Would it be possible change the OL training scheme to include blocking? I can see why DL might need blocking training to let the Linebackers through on a blitz, but no other reason.
Also,could someone confirm if training in all skills refers to your own group, ie offence,defence, or does it mean ALL skills?

As an expansion to my original suggestion,perhaps blocking could be assigned to TE and RB as well, being able to create a good blocking fullback could open up the running game, as would 2 TE sets with blocking TEs.
