Consistency is how well the player performs at each week. Again, 20 consistency will mean that the player will play at the best of his ability every game.

Im not sure on the actual values and percentages. But that seems about right. Consistency of 1 can't be too good

I just got rid of my players with low consistency and teamwork. Sure, my first season won't be great, but in the long-term I am somewhat laughing.

I think it means be in good relation with players in team.

i dont think your right about the consistancy. a player could play consistantly bad. im not sure in GI, but it means that a player will play the same game in and game out, but i dont think it necessarily means he will play good every game.

but the chances are smaller for a 5 level skill at consistency to perform at 100%
