i couldnt find anywhere what is the lowest level of fitness that a player is fit without penalty. anyone knows?

first training was maximum and almost all my players are 90% fit. this week i'll go to normal to gain 2% fitness.

you?

Whats the point in that then?

Surely it would just be worthwhile to go "High" Training?

You can expect that not that fit players might perform not as good in competition games, therefore it makes sense to drop training back to average, or maybe even low now and then.

Fitness effects how players play on the field. Lower fitness equals worse player performance

and 100% evolution on the field = 100% fitness?
and 90% fitness means that he'll play at 90% of his value or got big chances to play at 90%...

I added this question because for example at Football Manager PC Game, when a player was above 90% he was fit and it was almost the same thing if you play a player at 95% or 100%. Under 90% they were tired. Probably if my players will be under N% i'll receive a hint from my phisioterapeuts... or something

I understand that. All I was saying was that there seems no point in going Maximum and then to Normal constantly, when you can just keep it at High

Yeah, but keeping it at "high" will constantly reduce fitness. My idea (for now) is to keep players' fitness at 90-100%, so I will set "maximum" training for first time (-10% fitness) and then I'll set "average" (+2%) for a few weeks and then "maximum" again and so on...

Okai, that's fair enough. Im going to try and avoid Maximum as much as I can. I assume it causes injuries alot.
