There is no perfect way to start off. But I will tell you what I have done.

1. Read the help/FAQ. It's boring but you will learn alot!

2. Get rid of older players, but understand why you are doing this - When reading the training area in the FAQ, you will understand that older players train at a lower efficency than younger players.

3. Upgrading your stadium is a good starting point with your initial cash.

4. Post on here if you are having any issues/problems!

You will find out your own personally way about doing things soon. I'm sure other people will add some of their tips here too.

Whatever decision you make, just go other the FAQ first before you do so. It helps alot and stops any irrational decisions
