Wouldn't it be nice if we could also filter the transferlisted players on consistency and/or teamwork?

this definetly not a good idea because it wont help the market to search on this. everybody wants players with high TeamWork and high consistency and their value will go up because they are easy to find and the price for the others will go down.

in all others managers that i play you can't search on every skill that a player have like WorkRate etc...

Your explanation is not good enough. If every manager search for teamwork, adding this filter will just save a few clicks and will not have any influence on the market itself.

PaoPao suggestion is good enough in my opinion.

Whats the point? Is it really that much more effort to look at the teamwork/consistency ratings?
