Not that you can tell anything necessarily by the play by play, but since it was my first chance to watch a game, I thought I'd watch the live scoring feed...

While I don't necessarily like it... I'd much rather watch it after the fact without the delay...

But I did notice my opponent had some studs on the field... By that I mean, it would appear, they played every down... I'm sure this can't be right, but appearance is that it was the case... There should be some point where they guy just can't perform both ways all game.. But it happened and with more than one guy...
Here's synopsis of from a series of plays involving the QB from my opponent Terry Spinner..
It should be noted that if you look at him now it shows him as a safety, but I checked during the game and it showed him as a LB... The error to player positions is still causing some problems..

Parker Pinatas 06:12
1st-10-PAR11 Pass Terry Spinner pass incomplete to Sydney Polk.
2nd-10-PAR11 Rush Stevie Dotson runs for 23 yards. Gains 1st down! Tackled by Carter McGriff.
1st-10-PAR34 Rush Stevie Dotson runs for -1 yards. Tackled by Sidney Barnett.
2nd-11-PAR33 Rush Terry Spinner runs for -1 yards. Tackled by Dylan Collins.
3rd-12-PAR32 Rush Tuan Harr runs for -1 yards. Tackled by Steven Dow.
Punt Andre Messer performs the punt. The offense will start on 65 yards from the end zone.

Tidewater Texans 03:00
1st-10-TID35 Rush Xavier Herraiz runs for 13 yards. Gains 1st down! Tackled by Terry Spinner.
1st-10-TID48 Rush Xavier Herraiz runs for 7 yards. Tackled by Garry Olivarez.
2nd-3-TID55 Rush Xavier Herraiz runs for 10 yards. Gains 1st down! Tackled by Garry Olivarez.
1st-10-TID65 Rush Xavier Herraiz runs for 7 yards. Tackled by Garry Olivarez.
2nd-3-TID72 Rush Carmelo Zalewski runs for 19 yards. Gains 1st down! Tackled by Terry Spinner.
1st-10-TID91 Rush Morris Wojcik runs for 4 yards. Tackled by Daren Edson.

At the moment this approach works because the players are still of the "amateur" rank. But as the players increase in rating and stats this will change. When a player plays 2 positions he gets rating points only for 1 of them. This means that for example in a season his offensive players will still have ratings the same as now and I doubt that this will help him (or her) win matches.

Oh and this kind of thing happens in real life too. Many teams in Europe that are on the amateur level use good players (mostly Americans that are here because of work or study) in multiple positions

Thanks, and of course guys can play multiple positions, happens all the time in the states also in almost all divisions...that's not the purpose of the post...

While I don't think the player maintains the same level of play across the entire game, I pointed this out for two reasons...

Firstly, I don't see that stamina plays an impact in the game... Could be, but I didn't recognize any backups playing at any position for the entire game...

Secondly, the player played out of position for the entire game... Of course, he may have had better attributes than the listed QB, but never saw the QB play at all... It was the LB playing QB the whole game... This is a BOT team, and I suppose the CPU made the selections for the picks, but strange to see this guy go both ways the whole game, and the listed QB for that team never took a snap...

Hey, I'm new, just trying to figure out the method to your madness..LOL.

Stats at the start are random and are not influenced by players position. It is up to you to chose if you want to go with the current players position(s) or if you want to convert his position to something else. Stamina plays a part in the game the lower the stamina the worse the players performance towards the end of the match. That's why at the end of the match under stats tab you see 2 "star ratings" for each player. And you will notice that lots of players have worse end rating (the second star) then the start rating
