I set my defense lineup yesterday, and teh players came out in completely different positions, some of them werent even players i put on the defense. Any reason why this happened, because it is teh reason i lost my league game.

You probably played with a 'bot-formation'.
There are two reasons why this can happen:
1/ You played in an illegal formation.
2/ You lined up two times the same player.
