I had 0 people turn up for my game today? Is this a bug or is it because I am in construction for my stadium?.

Look at your stadium: Fernee Dome (Capacity 0)
You started construction on the side that had 500 seats, so they are not available until you finish the works.
I made same mistake
Tip: Side which is under construction is not available for visitors. Always start the works on the side without seats, or on the side with lowest number of seats.

I think everyone made that mistake.
At least, because of us, making that mistakes, it's in the FAQ now
