Hey all.
What is the best way to spend my 250.000$?

My first two advices would be
- hire a bit better than level 1 coaches (do it a first thing, since there is a bit silly limitation what you can hire based on your curren account statement)
- expand your stadium, since in the beginning it's way to small for your fanbase.

Completely agree!
Watch out if you expand your stadium that you take the other side/stand to build extra seats, otherwise you will have an empty stadium next home match...
