There are several very good threads you should read that are stickied at the top of the Rookie Forum. As I don't know the skills for your RB(assuming he's not the one your selling) I can't really judge him, but you can visit the player evaluations and advice thread in the rookie forum and we'll be glad to chime in there if you post his stats. You were to lucky to land in this division since there are currently no other human owned teams which means easy rollin and a promotion for you if you stay relatively active all season.
