Do Backup Players like youth players or secound/thrid/forth RBs and every kind of backup play? How often? And HOW?

As of now they don't play, they're just there in case you get someone hurt or to play in friendlies.

But I would imagine that eventually they will add to the game and make it so backups play, at the very least on special teams. Last edited on 2008-09-19 at 23:59
