That sounds great, and I would be happy to be a part of it, except that I play only backups in friendlies, so would not be much competition to any other teams.

You might want to consider the date these messages were posted... if you really want to play a friendly tournament the regular international forums would be the place to look. Nothing much happens locally that I'm aware of.
