Hi,
One of my starting players is planning to retire at the end of the season. So I brought in a young replacement, with the intention of selling or firing the old guy.
Those options seem to be faded out for him. Is that because he's planning on retiring?

why can the guy thats going to retire that kinda heartless just keep him till he retires hes got to be better than the young guy

He's costing me $2900 a week, and he's not that great. If he wants to retire at 30, I feel it's ok to give him even earlier retirement

But sadly I can't, apparently!

Players that are going to retire can't be fired or sold

You just have to keep him around.

Mij best RB is going to retire as well, to bad

I have a kicker and I believe a TE that are about to retire. Both are 32.

Sucks cause my kicker is pretty good and my TE has some speed and I've used him at WR.

Why retire this early i got a offensive lineman thats 30 and leaving pro football after this season only problem is that the young 17 year old taking over for him is stupid....or so his intelligence is rather LOW
