What are the important skills or OL players ? Blocking, tackling, strength ? Is it a good idea to let them train defending to improve blocking ?

I look at blocking, strength, footwork, and speed for tackles, as they are the ones blocking DE's, who are usually faster, and for guards and centers I look at strength and blocking, while occasionally looking at footwork. Of course, intelligence is a good thing to have at every position.
