It's not like you need to be Bill Walsh to run the offense in this game. I mean, once you set your lineup that's pretty much it. One formation for offense and one defense. The biggest trick to it that I have seen is getting the right players into the right positions. It would be great if the game allowed for more variety on offense, where an actual game plan could be designed and more of a strategic element would come into it, but maybe thats still in the future.[teamid=]

Picking an offensive formation seems to be the most important thing at the moment, as offenses can struggle.
