How are a players wages calculated? is it experience,rating,talent, or a combo of all 3?

Also,are the players contracts renegotiated at the end of each season?

Finally,is there a percentage chance players will become free agents at the end of the season, and if so, can we bid on our players to keep them!!??

Players contracts are handled by the system automatically at the end of each season.
