Lost from a bot team...

Pfff, i lost from a bot team in my league.
If this game wants to keep REAL players like me playing this game they have to find something to avoid these kind of things... I don't want to have scores above 50 but loosing from a so-called free team is BU...T!
Before anyone starts laughing loudly, i can say that i didn't present a crappy team for what it is worth. And if you just compare the ratings (stars) you can see also that my team was better overall.
Just bad luck then? Maybe, but since i'm not the only player who last to a bot team in the league competition i suppose there's something wrong...

I have the impression that the players of the bot team are set up as they were before they became a bot rather than to mix them at random. So they are playing at their best positions. Pretty amazing for a team that is not being guided by a human...

Anyone a (different?) thought on this?

It happens, congrats. No need to shout about it. Just because a team is not owned doesn`t mean you should automatically win against it. Try harder next time.

Thanks for the usefull tips you gave me
I know it happens, but in any other game its due to a lousy setup of the human team, which in this case, was not the problem...

Edit: What i want to say is, when i forget to set up my team before a match, there will be no one on the field. But a bot team apparently has each week a sort of fixed (good!) team without anyone behind it...Last edited on 2008-09-29 at 20:17

Wow, you guys are still playing bots?! I haven't played a bot since week 2 and the bot I had round one in the cup got taken over a few days before that game. I'm having rough games all the time.

Maybe the team had an owner, the owner set up the tactics in front an then quit the game while the tactics remained saved (don`t know if it`s possible ).
Anyway, no need to get upset about it. This game is still new so things like this can and probably will happen.

That is very possible. Maybe they had an owner who set up tactics weeks in advance, and then didn't log in for 21 days. He then lost the team but the tactics remained set.

Not sure if it's possible, but it's a possible explanation.

Ha ha ha! Just genius!
Coming from GoalLine Blitz where most everyone moans that gutted useless teams make the game really tedious when you repeatedly win 140-0, to Grid-Iron where you think that a bot team should be an instant win no matter the players or match up.

There's now't queer as folk
