I've found a formation that stops the run and the pass...noticed a lot of teams love to rush the ball in this game.

most normal offensive formations suceed against most bot teams. I'll list 4 here Full offensive line and QB is assumed:

I-formation split wide: 2 wr, one to either side of the field, 1 te usually on the right but really it doesn't matter, FB directly behind the QB RB behind him.

I-form Jumbo: 1 WR, 2 TE one to either side of the line, fb and rb lined up in Center

Ace set 3 WR: 2 wr on one side 1 on the other te to the same side as lone WR and a HB usually at center but can be staggered to the side of the TE

Spread: 4 wr two to either side, and a lone HB usually center.
