You gave up 108yds rushing, and 24yds on 2-16 passing. Looks like a pretty good performance all round to be honest.
Although I think friendly games can often be not so good an indicator, as so many people experiment in them.

against a team that runs a lot and scores a lot of points, Beantown Xtreme won 13-7. We allowed:

Net yards 135
Rush yards 64
Pass yards 71

gotta love our defense.
