Hernanes Corrêa may not be the fastest back south of the equator but this guy has a nose for the endzone. Leading his team with 18 tds, this fierce rusher consistantly finds the holes created by his o-lineman. While this defense may still need a big test to prove themselves 38 points given up speaks to their stellar talent.

3 Furacao Paranaense [Brazil] 8-1 363-97 iv.25

Not much is known about this team other than they just win. They don't play freindlies, they don't talk to others they just win baby. With their balanced offensive attack Furacao will be a headache for just about anyone.

4 Devil Bats [Mexico] 8 -1 288-62 iii.5

Someone had to stop this from being a parade with nothing but "Hino Nacional Brasileiro" playing and the Devil Bats do this behind the stellar defensive line play of Mario Velugo and Pablo Burguete. Totalling almost 60 tackles between the two of them. The interior line is completely locked down. Playing ball control offense and shutting down the run is this teams key to a deep run at the cup.

5 JP Espectros [Brazil] 8-1 294-84 iii.6

Smash mouth football is a way of life for JP Espectros. Coaching has stated time and time again that "pass" is a 4 letter word. If they can avoid a strong front four they could make a lot of noise.
