I try to do the exact same thing.

I am thankful that I hardly have any free time, because it means I'm going to school to hopefully better my life.

I'm even thankful for things like debt that I brought upon myself, because it taught me great life lessons when it comes to money.

I'm thankful that I still to this day miss my uncle that died 8 years ago, because it means that I'm close to family and we're there for each other in the tough times.

It's extremely hard to do, but I've found that 95% of things in life can be turned into a positive.

My team connot win in the competition
Friendlies I win a lot (Still unbeaten in the Badger Cup)
But in the 1st season and 2nd season untill now I lost 12 of the 13 matches against active teams

Last season I won 1. Against the champion The Infamous Leopards who will play the AFLC now
