We can debate whether or not HFA is too big of a factor (it is, imo), but it really must stop at the World Cup. Home or Away is totally random there and the World Cup is hosted by one country. That country should have HFA, but other than that, it's unacceptable that you'll play an away game without the other team playing at their stadium (or earning Home Field in any way, for that matter).

That's especially true for the group stage. Two teams have two "road games" and two teams have two "home games" by pure luck. And in the half final and the final, it doesn't make any sense to play "on the road" since you earned it as much as the next team.

That's good to hear - can we assume there is none for domestic cup as well? (Where home field is based on stadium size not luck of the draw)

Debate for another day but I'd be very keen to see this be removed in league games or at least be toned down

It sure seemed to me during the last World Cup (the first one after the Engine Update), but it could also have been luck/dice rolls/CON. Too small of a sample size.

Agreed. I included AFLC in my numbers but forgot to reference it in my last reply.

Home team winning % in AFLC is 71.9%. That's just outrageously high.

YOU RUINED the game, FIX IT for next season. Takes years to train and build up your team and you made it so a team with near half the wages have a better chance of winning, total B.S,
