Okay the first week of the season is in the books and we had a very symmetrical week in Division II.2. Each game this week was a shutout 

In the only game in week one featuring 2 humans the Oakland Destruction shutdown Sphinx 2000 by a score of 27-0. Oakland showcased their strong defense by only allowing 71 total yards. They put the rest of the Division on notice that it will not be easy to find the end zone against them. They also featured a very strong running game with two backs over 100 yards rushing. Keep on eye on this team in the weeks to come.

Next week versus The Team (bot) Expected outcome: Win

Sphinx 2000 was not able to get it going against the vaunted defense of the Oakland Destruction. They struggled in every facet of the game and have a difficult week 2 matchup with the H-Town Indians. If they can pull out a victory they will be right back in this Division otherwise they start looking towards the cup to provide some hope in Season 3.

Next week versus H-Town Indians Expected outcome: Loss

The Megopolis Monsters got off to a great start by shutting out The Team (bot). They were able to put up 87 points with a strong rushing game that netted them 395 yards. Hard to learn much info from a bot game so we will wait to see what happens in the weeks to come.

Next week versus Tennessee Orange Expected outcome: Win

Tennessee Orange were able to come out of week one with a victory after shutting out Ninjitsu Gorillas (bot). The Orange had a balanced offense and were able to score at will through the air and on the ground. Again it is hard to tell much from a bot game but they have a big matchup next week against Megopolis Monsters in the game of the week for Division II.2

Next week versus Megopolis Monsters Expected outcome: Loss

H-Town Indians head into week two and 1-0 after shutting out Omaha Beef (bot). The Indians relied on their ground game to provide the scoring as they racked up 355 yards of rushing. Once more it is difficult to learn much from a bot game so we will have to look to next week when they take on Sphinx 2000 to see if we can learn more about this team.

Next week versus Sphinx 2000 Expected outcome: Win

Power Rankings
1. Megopolis Monsters
2. Tennessee Orange
3. Oakland Destruction
4. H-Town Indians

I see it more of a running gag like in the cartoons where we fight in every thread/scene as kind of background noise. Plus if You don't want to see us stop making the writeups so good

After week two of the season the picture is starting to become a little clearer in Division II.2.

Well we had the game of the week featuring Megopolis Monsters and Tennessee Orange. It lived up to the billing. These teams were almost identical in the stats but Megopolis was able to come away with the victory 14-7 thanks to a staunch defense. The re-match of this game will be circled on each manager’s calendar.

Sphinx 2000 put a beat down on the H-Town Indians this week by a score of 45-7. Sphinx 2000 dominated in every facet of the game, racking up an impressive 353 yards on the ground. When speaking with manager jwaltde after the game he was visibly upset and threatened that changes would be made. He indicated some veterans would be getting the ax in favor of getting the rookies some playing time saying that the season may be lost this year but we need to build a strong foundation for years to come.

Oakland Destruction took care of a bot in convincing fashion. Not much to say here. But we will finally be able to see how they stack up next week.

Schedule for next week:

Game of the week-Tennessee Orange vs. Oakland Destruction.
Coming off the heartbreaking loss to Megopolis Monsters the Tennessee Orange look to right the ship by taking on Oakland. Oakland has had an easy first two weeks of bots and is looking forward to having a real test versus the Orange.

Predicition-Tennessee Orange

Everyone else gets a bot and should win those games as long as tactics are set.

Power Rankings
1. Megopolis Monsters
2. Tennessee Orange
3. Oakland Destruction
4. Sphinx 2000
5. H-Town Indians

Well I have decided to go young I am going to focus on building up some young players so I can be competitive in a couple of seasons. We will see how it goes. I was kind of caught in between with some youngsters but had a few veterans in important positions.

So beat up on me while you can cause hopefully in a couple of seasons I will be back in business.

Week three of the season is in the books and things are heating up in Division II.2

This week marks the second week that each matchup resulted in a shutout. Nice work to half the defenses this week

In the marquee matchup this week the Oakland Destruction made their presence felt with a 21-0 victory over the Tennessee Orange. The Oakland defense absolutely smothered the Orange offense in holding them under 100 yards and not allowing them to find the end zone. I for one am impressed with Oakland and am looking forward to their week 6 matchup with the Megopolis Monsters.

Everyone else had a bot this week and took care of business. Although, I was excited to see that my team can still beat a bot

Schedule for next week:

Game of the week- H-Town Indians vs. Tennessee Orange.
A tough loss last week for the Orange leaves them scrambling to keep pace in the division. They look to get things back on course against a rebuilding Indians team who is anxious to see if any of the re-tooling they did will take hold against a human opponent.

Predicition-Tennessee Orange

Everyone else gets a bot and should win those games as long as tactics are set.

The NA Regional Cup starts up this week so I will follow the human teams from Division II.2 to see how far they make it.

This week all human teams received a bye into the next round. Check back here to see the cup draws for the next week.

Power Rankings
1. Megopolis Monsters
2. Oakland Destruction
3. Sphinx 2000
4. Tennessee Orange

Another week and shutouts galore were the order of the day.

In the game of the week the Tennessee Orange made quick work of the H-Town Indians 41-0. There wasn't much the Indians can do as they are rebuilding their team and the Orange took advantage. Good game for the Orange that hopefully puts them back on track.

Everyone else took care of their bots shutting them out.

Schedule for next week:

Everyone gets a bot and should win those games as long as tactics are set.

The NA Regional Cup continues this week so I will follow the human teams from Division II.2 to see how far they make it.

Megopolis will take on a bot and should advance easily as long as their tactics are set.

Oakland takes on a Division V team that hasn't logged on since May 20 and should advance easily as long as their tactics are set.

Sphinx takes on a Division V team that hasn't logged on since May 19 and should advance easily as long as their tactics are set.

Tennessee takes on The Chief Petty Officers out of Division V.31. My guess is Tennessee moves on but it could be interesting. Keep on eye on this one.

H-Town takes on New York Hit Squad out of Division V.40. This should be a close match as the Hit Squad look like they could be dangerous. I expect H-Town to come away with the win but it could go either way.

Power Rankings
1. Megopolis Monsters
2. Oakland Destruction
3. Sphinx 2000
4. Tennessee Orange
5. H-Town Indians
